  • Each member must have a clearly defined role to ensure effective collaboration and contribution.

  • Break down tasks into stages, such as storyboarding, character design, animation, rendering, editing, and final presentation.

3. Prepare and Submit the Required Deliverables

Your final proposal must include the following elements:

For Animation Projects

Task 1 - Initial conceptualization

We were tasked to create a project that showcases our specializations. In the beginning, Light of the extinct studios had only 2 members, Me and Johnny, then Sue Zhiun joined us and Yeasien was put into our group.

We originally planned to make a short animated horror film about a boy traversing an abandoned hospital to find a cure for his disease but that was scrapped. So we pitched 3 different things, A ttrpg with card game elements, the same movie stated previously and a Visual novel. Our lecturer cut us off at visual novel.

So in the end taking his advice we decided to make a ttrpg with card game elements. At first the concept would be a pvp style campaign. But we had a bit of a road block, so we turned to make it into a ttrpg with visual aids.

We did a lot of experimenting in this phase to find out what works and what doesn't. Throughout this semester I've had a lot of ups and downs. But in the end it worked out.

Our Moodboard: Miro Board

Feedback:
-Think of what you can do with this project to show off your specialization
- Collect moodboards
- Creating something marketable.

Specific for me:
- Refine the character designs they are still quite simple.
- Make the illustration versions more detailed.

Reflection

The first task is still the calm before the storm. But my team is chaos overload, I'm not sure how I'm gonna
