Digital photography and Imaging - Task 8

Instructions

1. Download the PSD composition below:

2. Import the W10_ANIMATE.psd into Adobe After Effects.

3. Create a composition setting 1080 px (Width) x 1920 px (Height), Duration 15 second

4. Create a keyframe animation to the layers using Position (P), Scale (S) & Masking path.

5. Render output: Quicktime (.MOV) or .MP4

6. Upload your exercise into your Youtube Channel.

7. Update your progress and video to your E-Portfolio blog. 

8. Attach your E-Portfolio link on this Submission.





The following assignment was by far somewhat the hardest to finish due to a lot of malfunctions such as my laptop crashing and the frames there in the first point and disappearing the next.

This has already been fixed by expanding the image using Alt + Click + Drag. I then used Time Remap to expand the scenes until they reached the 15 second mark. 

Once I figured out the problem with the help of a good friend, it was easier downhill. I placed points, moved the pieces around and animated with no problem.

I decided to have the objects fly everywhere and have them thrown off the screen at the last moment because it adds to my own character of being chaotic to the bone. There isn't much of a story element then just random chaos, this is what I think fits the theme. And it goes with it very well.
